By continuing to work on the website https://vladisart.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, I (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) hereby consent to the processing of my data (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”) to the Vladisart JSC (address: 600031, Vladimir, Dobroselskaya St., 188A) (hereinafter referred to as Vladisart JSC ) for the automated processing of my personal data, their receipt, including mutual transfer, and providing access to the information specified in the Consent, including its use by a representative of Vladisart JSC. Personal data may be processed by any means, including by inclusion in electronic databases, in both automated and non‑automated mode.
I confirm my notification that Vladisart JSC does not verify the accuracy of the data provided by the User. But Vladisart JSC assumes that the User provides reliable and sufficient data necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Agreement and maintains this data in an up‑to‑date state.
The User declares and confirms that the Consent is voluntary, the terms and purposes of the transfer of the information specified in the Consent are fully understood by the User, and the User’s rights and authority to grant the Consent on behalf of the User are also confirmed. By expressing this Consent, the User acts in their own interests without coercion from third parties. The User is aware that the above‑mentioned information about them may be confidential and may contain commercial and other secrets protected by law. By confirming the Consent, the User confirms that they will not make any claims or demands, including for compensation for any losses, against Vladisart JSC for disclosing to third parties the information provided for in the Consent, in cases expressly provided for in this Consent and the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The representative of the legal entity confirms that this Consent has been accepted by the legal entity through the legal representative’s conclusive actions — filling in the checkbox on the web page on the Internet at the following address: https://vladisart.ru
This Consent is valid from the date it is provided and throughout the entire period of using the Service. This Consent may be revoked by sending a written revocation to Vladisart JSC in paper form at the following address: 600031, Vladimir, Dobroselskaya St., building 188A, or in electronic form to the address: info@vladisart.ru. From the date of revocation of the Consent, Vladisart JSC shall not have the right to transfer the data specified in the Consent.
